1. Overview
These Terms of Service govern your use of Gettap and any products or services offered through gettap.app. By placing an order or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. Gettap operates out of Canada and serves customers globally, including the GCC region.
2. Products
Gettap sells physical NFC-enabled products including cards, bands, dots, and display stands. Each product is linked to a digital profile that you configure through our platform. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the physical item received.
3. Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize Gettap to charge the specified amount to your selected payment method. Orders are confirmed via email upon successful payment.
4. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the personalized and digital nature of our NFC products, we do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you experience a defect or shipping issue, contact us at support@gettap.app and we will review your case individually.
5. Link Configuration & Updates
Upon purchase, you will receive a unique setup link to configure the destination URL for your NFC product. Link updates after initial setup are subject to a fee per update. Gettap reserves the right to disable any link that violates these terms or applicable laws.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Gettap products or services to distribute illegal, harmful, or malicious content. Gettap reserves the right to deactivate any NFC tag found to be in violation of this policy without prior notice or refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on gettap.app including logos, product designs, and copy is the property of Gettap. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content without explicit written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Gettap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved under Canadian jurisdiction.
10. Changes to Terms
Gettap reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
